Services
Portfolio Building Special!
As I’m working to build out my portfolio for my for-hire services, I’ll be offering discounted pricing. Any services below marked with asterisks (**) will be discounted. Additionally, going forward, I’ll always consider discounts or free add-ons for particularly interesting photoshoots or shoots from my wishlist!
I strive to be as transparent as possible with prices in order to save time for everyone. However, if you have any questions or concerns with payment, please reach out and we’ll see what we can work out.
Sessions **
With a few exceptions, if you can think of something you’d want documented through photographs, I’m game for it. Solo shoots can be for your dating profile, business headshots, personal branding, or just because! I love documenting couples and families as well – for Christmas cards, milestones, or for any other reason. Pricing primarily differs by session length, longer sessions will generally receive more images though I don’t have an arbitrary maximum number of images for any session. Pets are welcome (and can even be the primary subject)! These can also be used for taking photos of you doing an activity, sport, or hobby that you participate in!

[Surprise] Proposals **
Starting at $300 $200
When I proposed, I knew that I wanted the moment to be documented, but had a hard time finding a photographer for what I wanted. I wanted a no-fuss hidden photographer that wouldn’t be seen before (or even during) the proposal. I ended up teaching one of my friends how to use one of my camera/lens combinations that I typically use for birding less than 24 hours in advance.
I’ll work with you to pinpoint exactly what will work best for you on the special day. Some key things to think about (whether you go with me or someone else):
- Location & Background. If you’re getting pictures of the moment, make sure you give some thought to the location as well as the background. If the background is particularly important, make sure the photographer knows to ensure it’s not too out of focus.
- Distance. I can be hidden in plain sight to be close to you during the proposal or I can be far away and discreet through the whole thing.
- Timing. Not only the time of day that it’s happening (and any considerations with lighting) but also, how many photos you want before, during, and after!
